1. Complete a Quote or Purchase a Policy
   - Your account is automatically created when you bind a policy
   - You'll receive a welcome email with login instructions
2. Set Your Password
   - Click the link in your welcome email
   - Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters and numbers)
3. Verify Your Email
   - Confirm your email address by clicking the verification link

What You Can Do on Alset Insurance Customer Portal

• View policy documents
• Download ID cards
• Make payments
• Update personal information
• Request policy changes
• File claims
• View billing history
