How Do I Update My Payment Information?

Keep your payment information current to avoid any interruption in coverage.

When to Update

Update your payment information when:
- Card expires
- You get a new card number
- You switch banks
- You want to change payment method

Automatic Update for Expired Cards

Some card issuers automatically update expired card information. However, we recommend updating manually to avoid payment failures.

Update Payment Online

1. Log into your account at the Alset Insurance Customer Portal.
2. Go to Payment Settings or Billing
3. Select Update Payment Method
4. Enter new card or bank information
5. Set as default payment method
6. Save changes

Update by Phone

- Have your policy number ready
- Provide new payment details
- Confirm the change

What You'll Need

For Credit/Debit Card:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV security code
- Billing address

For Bank Account:
- Bank name
- Account type (checking/savings)
- Routing number
- Account number
